Changes to Lynden Lea Self-Catering Operating Procedures during the
For the duration of the Covid-19 Crisis we will be complying with all
current Government Guidelines at Lynden Lea Self-Catering.
Due to Covid-19 we have had to make some changes in the way that we operate.
Before arrival if you feel unwell or are displaying symptoms of Coronavirus,
do not travel, you must stay at home and self-isolate.
If you start to feel unwell or displaying symptoms of Coronavirus while
you are here, you will need to leave immediately, and self-isolate at
your own home, along with anyone who has travelled with you. Your details
will be passed on to Track & Trace.
We have conducted a Covid-19 Risk Assessment and
have made the following changes to our operating procedures which will
be constantly reviewed and adjusted according to the situation.
We are operating with limited availability in order to allow the
property to remain unoccupied for at least 5 days between guest bookings.
On top of our usual cleaning regime we are sanitising surfaces
with particular attention being given to frequently used touch points.
We are operating a contactless check-in/check-out system with a
keysafe outside the property.
Guests are requested to use the hand sanitizer provided each time
they enter the property.
Should guests have any queries or problems during their stay, we
will endeavour to assist by phone without entering the property. We will
not enter the property during your stay unless it is absolutely essential.
If so we will ask you to temporarily vacate the property during our visit
and PPE will be worn.
In the event that the Government forces us to close or guests are
unable to fulfil a booking due to Covid-19 issues, any payment received
will be refunded on request.
If any guest in the 14 days prior to the commencement of booking
experiences any symptoms of Covid-19 you should arrange to be tested and,
if found positive, you must inform us and must not go ahead with your

and Trace App on entry to Lynden Lea Self-Catering. If you are not able
use the App please ensure that we have the up to date contact details
for all members of the party so that we can provide these to NHS Track
and Trace if required.
At the end of your stay before leaving the property
please check the following:
All rubbish should be removed from the property and placed in the
bins outside. General and food waste should be bagged and placed in the
black bin. Recyclable waste should be washed (if necessary) and placed
loose in the green bin.
Please turn off all electrical equipment except fridge and freezer
which should be left on.
Please ensure that all windows are fully closed and outside doors
are locked shut before you leave. Keys should be placed inside the keysafe
outside the door, please ensure that the keysafe is closed.
